GREATNESS OR LAZINESS....You Decide

Over the many centuries Human Beings have evolved to become the most intelligent and dominant force on this planet
But it is a known fact that the average Neanderthal only uses a small fraction of their brain’s processing power
Leading to the question…
WHY is this so?

However over the existence of the Human race
The exceptional gems have blossomed
Polished and redefined through life experiences
They explode into our world and as the old cliché quotes…
“A star is born”

These beings just like you and I
Analyse, calculate and see the world through the eyes of a child
Where impossibility is a joke and the stars truly are the limit
Through them countless theories and ground breaking discoveries have been unravelled
Ones such as the sphere of the Earth, Gravity, Science, Newton’s law, the Solar System, Geometry and many more
Their expeditions have and will live long in our history
For without them our lives would be somewhat different
Dare I say…primitive?

Resurfacing the question once again
How are they able to accomplish these feats?
It is said that these legends had an intellect that was worlds’ apart from that of an average human
Could it be that they somehow accomplished the utilisation of both parts of the human brain?
If so, then what does that entail for the likes of We mere mortals
Will we ever be able to achieve such things?
From the words of the iconic 1st Black President of USA …
YES WE CAN!

Our main obstacle to success is ourselves
We have succumbed and mastered the character that is the Art of Laziness
The comfortable feeling of doing just enough to get by,
Never pushing ourselves that extra mile to unveil our true potential
It's not that we're incapable of great things; many of us are so powerful beyond our thoughts.
However Laziness keeps us from discovering how great we are!
Laziness is that habit that keeps our dreams as dreams!
Laziness is decay of power, laziness is the diminishing of worth, and laziness is the road to poverty.

Whatever excuse it is for your laziness let it cease now
For whether it is fear of failure, of becoming a laughing stock or that minuscule feeling of rejection and inadequacy
The rewards will far exceed those fears
Do you think the great legends of the past were not persecuted?
No, they all had their own trials but they dug deep and held tight to that childish attitude of
“I WILL NEVER GIVE UP”

Tell me something,
Is it better to live a life of just enough, always wishing to do more, and saying “If only…?”
Or taking the leap of faith and saying;

“I can be more and I will be more!”

I always tell myself;
It’s better to have died living than to have lived in regret

When you are lazy, people will hate your company! Let us rid ourselves of laziness.
We could all make history
Do More & Be More!

MOTHER

Mother,
A six letter word that represents something of great importance

Even though we give her hell most of the timeShe always finds a way to make us feel like heaven on earth

M is for the ‘More than enough’
This is how she has taken care of me throughout all these years

Despite our knocking of heads at timesI know for a fact that she will always be my pillar of support
Giving me all the financial support I need

O is for her Observant nature
Always looking out for me like a mother bear keeping its offspring’s safe
And noticing the little things that are troubling my mind even when I kept such things from you

T is for the Tears she shed for me
For the pain and anguish she endured for me
Even when her actions and reasoning exceed my limited understanding

I see now that her intentions were for me to prosper
Her kindness and sacrifice were all part of her supportive nature

That reflected the benevolent love in her heart towards me

H is for her Heart Her big heart that just accepts me for who I am
And is always quick to forgive me for my transgressions

E is for her Everlasting faith in God
Which she has passed down unto me
And which I am eternally grateful for
Because now I have found my Heavenly Father, my best friend, my brother all in one

R is for her admittedly annoying habit of being Right all the time

Despite the circumstances of life leading us to separate lives

Just reminding you that you will always have us...Your children

You mean the WORLD to us

LOVE YOU,

MOTHER

Thoughts of a lost disciple - A MAN'S PRIDE

Just some food for thought people.
I know I'm usually backing and supporting the ladies but I think this time I'm gonna back my fellow brothers on this one
If there is one thing a woman will never fully understand, and that is the feeling of when a Mans pride and ego has been broken. Nothing is more emotionally painful for a man and it can easily turn them from sweet to bitter and a bitter man is probably just as bad if not worse than a bitter woman
And the problem is some women have a way of severely breaking a mans pride and ego without knowing. And it has turned many of what use to be good men into the very men you women complain about. And it comes from not appreciating what you already have, always wanting something extra, like a gentleman is not good enough he has to be one with muscle or be street or some materialistic ideal that you put before all the good that is inside of him. And a man who has made so much effort to prove his worth is now outdone by one who just has a little more charm and good looks and making a fraction of the effort.
Now I'm not saying men shouldn't take responsibility and rise above this because they should. But you women need to realise that when you break a mans pride and ego you more or less potentially break the man himself and contribute to creating the very men that you stereotype all the time.
We have enough broken men in our community as it is, so Ladies don't contribute to even more. Every man wants to be loved equally as much as every woman, and every woman needs to appreciate the worth of a man as much as us men need to appreciate the worth of a woman.
